基于10KV电阻柜的研究与应用

　　中性点接地电阻柜是我局近年来根据地区负荷的增长变化及事故类型而采取的保证电网可靠运行的新设备。本文针对110kV变电站10kV系统侧无中性点接地时发生的单相接地故障无法有效切除故障线路而造成的接地电容电流危害配电网供电可靠性的问题，引入中性点接地电阻柜的应用管理，人为地制造一个低压侧的中性点来实现零序电流保护通道，以作用于接地故障的零序电流保护配置，从而为地区配电网安全可靠供电提供有效保障。

　　Neutral point grounding resistance cabinet is a new equipment to ensure the reliable operation of power network in recent years, which is based on the growth and change of regional load and accident types. According to the 110kV substation 10kV system side single-phase grounding neutral point grounding fault cannot be effectively removed the fault line caused by the capacitive grounding current harm of power supply reliability of distribution network, application management into the neutral grounding resistor cabinet, neutral point to artificially create a low pressure side to achieve zero sequence current the protection channel, in order to affect the zero sequence current protection configuration of grounding fault, thus providing an effective guarantee for the safe and reliable power supply in distribution network.
